In that time we have developed a number of sources which expand our flexibility and give great advantage in cost for higher quantity demands. HFR provides the design and manufacturing expertise and our partners provided the muscle.

 Quickly we found out that in every project, there is a balance point where HFR’s expertise could not be transferred. That is why in most projects, HFR will continue to add the last minute touches to products that help us to differentiate us from our global partners. In all cases, our customer’s identities are maintained as confidential and all end product warranties are retained with HFR.

One basic tenet we attempt to adhere to is that every product we source as a sub assembly from another country can be manufactured here in Sugar Grove. This gives our customers the ability to get smaller quantities of products should demands outstrip supply. In cases where this does not apply, HFR can air expedite, at cost, products which customers need immediately or work to develop stocking programs to buffer choppy demand.
